Your email address — used only for sign-in and notification delivery.
Subscription, bill and warranty data you enter — stored securely in our database.
App usage data — anonymous analytics to improve the product (no personal identifiers).
Device push notification token — only if you enable push notifications.
Feedback you submit — stored to help us improve Vaultfy.
Bank account or payment card details — Vaultfy never connects to your bank.
Location data — we have no need for this.
Contacts or address book — never accessed.
Any data from other apps on your device.
Advertising identifiers or tracking pixels.
To provide the core service — tracking your subscriptions, bills and warranties.
To send you email alerts before renewals and warranty expiries (only if enabled).
To send push notifications (only if you grant permission).
To respond to feedback you send us.
To improve the app based on anonymous usage patterns.
Your data is stored on Supabase (EU region) with encryption at rest and in transit.
We use Row Level Security — your data is only accessible by you.
Authentication uses magic link OTP — no passwords are ever stored.
We do not share your data with any third parties for marketing purposes.
You can use Vaultfy without creating an account in guest mode.
Guest data is stored temporarily and linked to an anonymous session.
When you create a real account, your guest data is migrated to your account.
Guest sessions with no activity may be cleaned up after 90 days.
Access — you can export all your data at any time (CSV export coming soon).
Deletion — you can delete your account and all associated data from Settings.
Correction — you can edit or delete any item you have added.
Portability — your data belongs to you and can be exported.
Opt-out — you can disable all notifications at any time in Settings.
Supabase — database and authentication (supabase.com/privacy)
Resend — transactional email delivery for notifications (resend.com/privacy)
Expo / EAS — app build and distribution (expo.dev/privacy)
Apple App Store — app distribution (apple.com/privacy)
